The general contractor chose to use his own electrical contractor to wire the home. Triad designed the overall lighting plan as well as the Vantage lighting control system. Triad supervised the installation and did the programming for the lighting control. This exceptional home, designed by the William Maston architectural firm, was impeccably decorated. Triad interfaced with the decorating firm to use the homes lighting to full advantage in accenting each carefully selected piece.
Monterey Mushroom corporate headquarters: From its inception, Triad worked closely with architects at the Fiorovich group to light this 26,000 square foot office building. The lighting design helped to accent the remarkable artistic beauty of the building while still giving the necessary light one requires for an office environment. Special attention was given to high lighting the owners collection of middle eastern art.
Holy Cross Church: When the members of Holy Cross Church decided to renovate the historic 100+ year old building, they call on Triad Electric to do the work. Not only were the barriers to safely performing the electrical renovations but special care had to be taken to preserve the 100 year old frescos which covered the walls. Working on 85' scaffolding, Triad technicians were able to wire and hang the new 250# chandeliers THROUGH the hand painted ceilings.
